Delivery, Shipping & Returns
FREE shipping on orders over $99 - offer valid for Australian based shipping addresses only. Order will be sent using regular delivery. If you require express delivery, please choose this option at check out.
Hervey Bay Warehouse Pick-up - FREE. Must be able to collect in person from Hervey Bay. If you choose this option and your item actually needs to be shipped, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping costs before your order will be sent.
Australia wide - flat rate $8.95 postage. Applies to orders under 5kg or 20L in volume. There may be an additional charge for orders over 5kg or 20L in volume. In this case the relevant postage amount will be charged at checkout.
Express & PO Boxes - $15.95. See further info below.
International - From $15. Prices based on weight/volume and will be charged at checkout.
We endeavour to have your order processed and sent as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days from time of checkout to process your order.
Warehouse pick up: We endeavour to have your order packaged and ready as soon as possible. This will normally be within 3 working days of ordering but occasionally this may be delayed due to stock supply. As soon as your order is ready we will contact you to arrange delivery or collection. In the event of stock delays we will contact you within 3 business days to notify you.
Estimated standard delivery times from time order is received:
Australia wide: 7-10 business days from time of order.
Express shipping: Next day delivery is from time of shipping not time of order. We require 2-3 business days to process and pack your order before it is shipped. Express shipping is operated by Australia Post and is subject to their terms which can be found here.
Please choose your preferred delivery method at checkout. You will receive tracking notification via email once your order has been shipped. If you require urgent delivery or have specific shipping requirements, please contact us prior to ordering at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
Some items such as perfumes, essential oils and hand sanitiser are considered a flammable good and therefore can only be sent via surface (road/sea) mail. This may affect delivery times of those items and any items in the same order as these goods.
We use a specific courier company due to their quick delivery, excellent customer service and competitive pricing. Unfortunately though, they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We can have your order shipped to a PO Box through other means but unfortunately we are charged extra from the shipping company for this. If you require your order to be delivered to a PO Box, please select the 'Express & PO Box' option on the shipping page. If you provide a PO Box in the delivery address but select standard shipping we will contact you to clarify and you will be required to pay the additional postage cost if you are unable to provide a physical street address to ship to.
We don’t believe in single use items at Live Life Green. Convenient, yes, but the extra resources and energy required to produce these items is detrimental to the environment. Packaging is one such single use item. We’re committed to doing the best we can by the environment and the planet so as much as possible we use recycled packaging.
We don’t believe in Live Life Green branded packaging as many other ‘eco’ stores do. Our packaging materials are often the boxes and packaging our products have been set to us in, or other clean boxes that friends, family and neighbours have collected for us. Yes these could be recycled but thanks to all the media of late surrounding China’s refusal to import recycling, we all know that system isn’t perfect either. It’s much better for the world to firstly reduce, then reuse and then recycle. Sometimes (ok, often!) this means your order won’t look beautiful on the outside when it arrives. But we can assure you that every order is packed with love and protected to ensure your goodies arrive safely. Just like people, it’s not what it looks like it’s what’s on the inside that counts!
When ordering from our suppliers we always request that they don’t use plastic in their packaging. Sometimes we still end up with plastic packaging though. If bubble wrap or other plastic packaging was used to pack your order, please know that it’s re-used. Some plastic packaging may be able to be recycled through Red-Cycle. Please see their website for more details. In the event we run out of re-used packaging, we source any new packaging from environmentally responsible providers.
Authority to Leave:
Orders will be marked 'authority to leave' unless requested otherwise. If you require insurance or signature on delivery please notify us in advance. Additional charges may be required. The order will normally be left in a safe location at the nominated address. Live Life Green takes no responsibility for any loss or damages after the order has been delivered.
Loss & Damage
- Please email Live Life Green at email@example.com within 24hrs of delivery if your order is damaged, or incorrect
- If an order is lost in transit, an indentical replacement order will be sent once we have investigated the loss and is at our discretion.
- Live Life Green are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from items lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has occurred.
- While every effort will be made to have your order delivered by a requested date, ultimately once the order leaves our warehouse it’s out of our hands. Live Life Green will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delayed or late delivery.
Live Life Green abides by all obligations as specified under Australian Consumer Law. In addition to our statutory obligations, we also offer the following returns policy:
If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from livelifegreen.com.au, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Refund will be in the form of a store credit to the value of the cost of goods minus any payment processing fees. Good returned must be in an unused, as-new and re-saleable condition in their original packaging. The cost of return postage will only be reimbursed if the product is faulty. The customer is ultimately responsible for the goods while in transit back to the warehouse. Therefore we recommend returns be shipped insured. We are not able to accept items lost or damaged in transit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss before returning any items. Due to health & hygiene the following items are unable to be returned for change of mind – some skin, hair & body care items, cosmetics, some family care items, some health care items, some food store items and some holistic haven items. If you have any concerns or questions, please email email@example.com prior to ordering.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns can be posted to PO Box 608 Hervey Bay.
Refunds (faulty items)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
